2008 DECEMBER 6 (Saturday) - A large group of us regular workers from Guanaba Country Music Club got together and celebrated another year well done and almost over, with a Christmas dinner at the English Fox And Hounds Pub, located at Elevation Drive, Coomera up in the mountains of the Gold Coast hinterland.
During the evening, a big electrical storm with severe lightning raged overhead (even the power went off at one stage), but that did not stop any of us from hoeing into our beaut meals.
After our meal, some of us ventured back to Chris and Doug Schultz's place in the nearby Guanaba Valley, for a cuppa and a chin wag to finish off a nice evening!
