A recent article in our local newspaper, the Gold Coast Sun highlighted former junior club member BREE DE ROME being accepted into the Queensland Conservatorium Of Music (Gold Coast campus) - to study for a bachelor of popular music.
Bree (now 16) is the youngest ever student to be accepted into the conservatorium as a singer/songwriter at the then age of 15.

ayThank you for posting this. Guanaba Country Music club took a major role in helping a 10 year old girl develope her love for music way back in 2005. 6 years later Bree is the youngest ever
(15 years old) to be accepted in to the conservatorium as a singer/songwriter. She is 16 now and fulfilling her dreams making music.
